1. Applicability of the return policy:

At Glamory-Melbourne, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@glamory-melbourne.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. change of mind or incorrect purchase), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The amount depends on the courier chosen. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective or damaged item), Glamory-Melbourne will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

2. Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage or any issues, you should contact us. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or with any issues please send photos of the damage, and issues along with a brief description of the damage to support@glamory-melbourne.com. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. 

3. Exchange Products:

If you prefer to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

4. Order Cancellations

We understand things can change. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation options:

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel, email support@glamory-melbourne.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Recipient’s name

  • Email used at checkout

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still cancel by refusing delivery.
Once we receive the returned parcel, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

 5. Received the Wrong Product:

We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure every product in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label. After receiving your returned item, please send us an email to support@glamory-melbourne.com indicating your order details. We will, upon request, send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

6. Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
