ORDERS

Step 1: Browse the store and add your desired item(s) and quantity to the shopping cart.

Step 2: Click “ADD TO CART” button to view your selections.

Step 3: Review your order details and click “CHECK OUT” button.

Step 4: Enter your shipping address and choose a payment method.

Step 5: Review your final total and click “Pay now” button to place your purchase securely.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

You can also check your order status at any time using our Track my order page.

To track your order:

  • Use your Order Number and Email or Phone Number
    or
  • Use your Tracking Number

Visit our Track my order page to enter the details and view real-time updates.

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you may cancel it via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at support@glamory-melbourne.com. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@glamory-melbourne.com.

We can only make changes before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

We recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

To help you find the best fit, we provide a Size Chart on every product page. We recommend using this chart to compare your measurements and select the most accurate size.

We do not offer a formal product warranty, we are committed to resolving any issues related to defects or damage upon delivery. If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@glamory-melbourne.com within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Yes! If you have a valid discount code, you can apply a discount code during checkout.

  1. During the checkout process, look for the field labeled “Discount code”.
  2. Enter your valid code into the field.
  3. Click Apply to activate the discount.
  4. The discount will be immediately reflected in your total.

Important: If you do not click Apply before completing the payment, the discount will not be deducted.

If your payment did not go through, please try the following steps:

  1. Double-check your payment details: Make sure your billing address and card information are entered correctly.
  2. Contact your bank: Sometimes your bank may block the transaction for security reasons.

DELIVERY

We currently ship only within Australia.
International shipping is not available at this time.
We appreciate your understanding and support!

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia — no additional cost required.

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or seasonal demand.

If the delivery carrier was unable to deliver your package, they will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where to collect your parcel (e.g., at a local pickup point or post office).

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email for the latest updates and carrier instructions.
  2. Look for a delivery note that may have been left at your door or in your mailbox.

RETURN & REFUND

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for change-of-mind purchases. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • You must notify us via email before returning any item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email our support team at support@glamory-melbourne.com and include:

  • order number
  • detailed description of the issue
  • showing the problem (e.g., damage, wrong item, etc.)

We will review your case promptly and offer a resolution, such as a refund or replacement if eligible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
